Best Thermostat for Engine Cooling

Based on my experience, this thermostat works perfectly in regulating engine temperature. It's easy to install and durable, making it a cost-effective replacement part. The best part is that it's designed specifically for my vehicle model, ensuring it's a perfect fit. The only downside is that it's slightly pricier than other options, but the quality justifies the price. Overall, I highly recommend this product for anyone in need of a reliable engine cooling solution.

Pros
  • Works perfectly, easy to install, durable
Cons
  • Slightly expensive

Not original Chrysler thermostat.

The product description says "Original Chrysler Thermostat". What I received was an aftermarket "MotoRad" thermostat, marked just on the side of the thermostat, and packaged in a bag with a label bearing a generic Chrysler part number. I wanted a real Mopar and thought I'd buy it. Very disappointing. sent back.

Pros
  • Chrysler Quality Assurance
Cons
  • Something is wrong

I was wrong. It's actually a genuine Chrysler/Mopar thermostat.

When I first got this thermostat I assumed it wasn't a genuine Chrysler part because the design didn't match the original I pulled from a Jeep. The one I received also has a motorcycle stamp on the side. I decided to go straight to the dealer and buy one of these. To my surprise, the parts guy returned an identical one to the one I got from Revain. Same motorcycle stamp. So it looks like Chrysler changed the design or the parts supplier. You will notice that Motorad has a Chrysler logo on one…
