My top waist (above my belly button) is 33 inches, my bottom waist (just above my pumps) is 37, I bought 38. I could have gone down a size, but this size is maybe just an inch too long. I can make it work. And the buckle can be changed! I like that. Definitely a goalkeeper. Definitely worth ordering.
