You get what you pay for.

I think everything is fine. It's actually a little disappointing because for the most part this piece is great, especially for the price. The mountain is fantastic. It has a large suction cup and the swivel is easy to adjust. The problem is the bit holding the phone. On what I got, the retractable levers have issues. They are linked by a set of internal gears that offer some resistance, causing the levers to slowly retract. However, somehow the gears can slip so that the right hand is fully…

I ordered Monday evening and received Wednesday afternoon so it arrived FAST. Second, the easiest installation. Just follow the instructions. Second, it works perfectly. Terrible product - uses a sticky chemical that doesn't work

This product uses a sticky gel instead of a suction cup. It sticks well once you apply it to the windshield. But when the temperature in the car exceeds around 100 degrees (typical in summer), it melts, gets onto the windshield and dashboard, and the product has to be disposed of. Molten slime cannot be removed by standard means - acetone must be used to remove it. Perfect, all I can say is it's a windshield mount. It's absolutely PERFECT! I use my phone as a dash cam every day (with the AutoBoy app) and every time I get in my car I tape my phone to the windshield.
