Shoes fit very well - I wear size 9-9.5 trainers, I have a narrow foot and a higher arch than usual. They fit perfectly and with the included insert give me all the support I need for aqua aerobics.

I was looking for water shoes for my eight year old son. The two I bought last year were too small. Looks like two sizes too small. I bought these and put them on the beach in the Caribbean for the first time. While comfortable enough, they soaked up sand to the point where they were almost impossible to clean. They stayed wet for days after I used them and once they finally dried I spent a lot of time brushing the remaining sand off of them. They were barely dry enough to put back in the plastic bag they came in for me to pack. They might be good for traction on trails or rocks, but they're terrible for beachwear once sand
