The best knives on the market

Global. The best knives on the market. I've been using them for over 20 years. This is a lightweight pen and will fit most. Bought for another family. I'm a professional chef. I like the global heavy grip but these are still great knives. Worth the price as you will never buy a set again

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • No paint required

I was working in a restaurant once and came across these knives. In the divorce he got custody of our set, so I got mine. They handle very well and I love that they are a continuous knife. There is no connection between the blade insert and the handle, so no unpleasant deposits form at the junction of the handle and the blade. Very hygienic! I highly recommend.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Secret

These knives are damn sharp

I was hesitant about which knife set to use to upgrade our $10 kitchen knives. I chose Global after hearing good reviews from my brother. These knives are damn sharp and well weighted. My husband loved them and now cooks them every day! They are very high quality and easy to clean. I would recommend getting a block to insert as they are so sharp you really don't want to leave them in a desk drawer. Can't wait to get more and collect the full set!

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Long wait

These knives are AWESOME!

I've just started cooking. More specifically, the Whole30 reset, which includes lots of fruits and veggies. I quickly realized that I didn't have the right knives and bought them on my brother's recommendation. This set is PERFECT! I use it every day and I am very happy with it! Cooking is now even more fun! Things that used to be difficult to "slice" like lemons, sweet potatoes, etc. can now be sliced like butter! They are sharp and durable! You will not be disappointed!

Pros
  • A dream comes true
Cons
  • A little wrinkled

Terrible quality boxed knife sets

Bought in December, not used much but treated with care, not put in the dishwasher, hand washed and dried. Some of the metal on the knives broke off, including the blade, and the other in one place and won't go away. Past the return window with Revane. Contacted the manufacturer, they didn't help. They just told me it's not under warranty and it's normal wear and tear. Terrible quality knives for the price. Not quite stainless steel in my opinion.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • A set of factors

As a chef I can say.

This knife is very light. Steel bends very easily and needs to be sharpened very often. Knives are very overpriced. For the same price I can buy a quality Japanese blade that stays sharper and doesn't bend as much as this blade. The knife is terribly balanced, with all the weight on the handle, definitely not for chopping, you have to shop there purely with hand motion, not hand motion with your wrist, because the weight is too light to delve into groceries with your own weight. . Therefore…

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Some difficulties

I love these knives!

They are great! I love them, I enjoy cooking a lot more because my knives are so cool and easy to use! I read reviews from people who didn't know how to sharpen knives and how expensive it is to maintain. However, my father was in the special forces and taught me how to sharpen steel blades at a young age. Also, I looked up Japanese blade sharpening methods on YouTube and it really isn't that hard, so I have no problem keeping it sharp with my razor blade. a chef's knife that I use exclusively…

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
