So I was disappointed at first found the sound quality obd. However, it turned out to be the kind of phone we used Bluetooth with, switched to my Galaxy S9 and we jammed on the bike all day. I have contacted support. And couldn't believe her reaction time. Also, they seemed genuinely interested in helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this company. Mind you, if you have a cheaper phone with less bulk, don't expect miracles.

This product is absolute rubbish. If the picture had five giant studs dangling from my bike, I wouldn't have bought it. Also, when it's off, you don't hear anything. Tightening the handlebar speakers got rid of the cheap hardware. There's no latch, washer, locknut, or other mechanism to keep the speakers from vibrating.
