Perfect Ruler for Quilting

This clamshell ruler is great for quilters who want to add a unique touch to their designs. Based on my observations, it is precise and easy to use. The ruler is perfect for creating clamshell shapes in quilts and other arts and crafts projects. The only downside I found is that it may take some practice to master the technique of using a clamshell ruler, but once you get the hang of it, the results are beautiful!

Pros
  • Accurately measures clamshell shapes for quilting and other crafts.
Cons
  • Difficult to use on larger clamshell shapes due to the limited size of the ruler.

Easy to use. in quilting

I like it very much. My seashells look so good on my comforter. I like that the back is rougher so the rules don't slide around on the fabric.

Easy as pie with rulers and ruler holders

I'm new to using rulers. These rulers are well marked and have a slightly roughened back to keep them in place on the fabric. I was able to make rows of cots by lining up the ruler with a marked Frixion line. After that I was able to easily duplicate a set of cribs - either an identical duplicate or a duplicate offset by half the length of the crib - with ease. I only marked the line once. This is a great product.

Cons
  • Unbelievable price
