I bought these to replace a dull set of knives that were no longer sharp. What attracted me to these knives is that they are stainless steel and dishwasher safe. One star off because one of the four knives is blunt. Something is wrong with the way the tines were cut. A star was also deducted because the instructions that came with the set state that you must remove the knives from the dishwasher before the final rinse.
