Hario HCD 600T Decanter Coffee Pitcher Review

Brewing enough iced tea for a glass or two is easy with this handy glass carafe. While many find page measurements useful for this, I'd love to get one without the markings on it.

This little pitcher is lightweight and looks fragile but holds up well. I use it to make cold coffee: add ground coffee, add water, wait at least 14 hours and voila! With this pitcher, cleaning the area is not difficult. I wash by hand.

Bought for my husband who makes coffee every day and it's perfect. The handle is big and strong, doesn't seem thin. I was fighting between this and the Hario honeycomb decanter but I liked that this one looks more multifunctional and can be used for other drinks.

I have been using this carafe for a year now, every day and sometimes several times. It's beautiful, minimalist and the perfect size for 2 people. I use it with a size 2 Hario V60 on top. So far, despite hand washing and a few occasional bumps, it's been pretty durable. The grip is perfect. Very happy with it.

Bigger and wider than I thought. Revain stock at least 2 models of Hario sake decanters. This is a large model, 400ml, and it is more suitable for 2 people. It's good and I'm keeping it. However, I also ordered the 300 ml version because I need a separate sake carafe. Of course, you can also use these sake dispensers as carafes for milk, wine, etc. They are said to be microwave safe.
