Description of πŸ” Hario Syphon Adaptor, 50 Sheets of Paper Filters, Dimensions: 12 x 7 x 11 cm

TRANSFORM YOUR COFFEE: Paper filters are known to produce a brighter, sweeter cup of coffee compared to metal filters. Make incredible coffee through a filter paper with a Hario Syphon thanks to this handy adaptor. EASY TO USE: Simply rinse the paper with boiling water before use. Rinsing helps minimise the paper taste as you get to the end of your brew and helps the coffee to filter through easier. A great alternative to the cloth filters provided with all Hario syphons. PROFESSIONAL BREWER: Featuring a classically inspired design, our coffee syphons are made with heat resistant borosilicate glass which aids the flame convection process. Use a paper filter for the first time for a smoother, more delightful coffee finish. COMPATIBILITY: Syphon paper filters have been designed explicitly for syphon coffee brewers but require this specific adaptor to make their use possible. The adaptor is compatible with the iconic and beautiful Hario Technica and Next syphon devices. AFTER BREW: Unlike metal and cloth, filter papers are for one-time-use and are disposable. When done brewing, remove the used paper filter and put it into a bin. Then take your metal filter adaptor and rinse it with soap and water for the next use.

Paper & Reusable Cloth Filter

Last year I used a reusable cloth filter, rinsed it after each use and then stored it in a small container with water as recommended to keep it from drying out. I still like the cloth filter, but no cleaning is required after using the paper filters and of course no storage. After the brewing process is complete, it all goes into the coffee grounds container, making the cherished coffee routine a little less labor-intensive. They're a bit pricey, but I'll probably buy more when they run out.

The optimal filter for the most aromatic filter coffee!

The perfect accessory for the most fragrant coffee brewing method: the siphon. Bag filters absorb oils, need to be kept moist and will go rancid over time. Steel mesh filters basically suffer from the same problem, just less noticeable. Both filter assemblies are suitable if you make the same coffee every day. The paper filter adapter is easy to use and well weighted for proper installation. Paper filters guarantee optimal results every time, and professionals claim they retain up to 30% more…

Love it!: Coffee Maker Accessory

So I accidentally threw away my original Osaka Siphon Coffee Filter. I did a little research and found this. I did what someone suggested and stretched the spring to relieve the tension. The neck of my coffee maker is much longer than the spring. I'm grateful I bought this filter because it works great. Just don't over-tighten the two metal plates when inserting the filter, this will make it easier to remove when you need to replace the filter. Unfortunately I can't use it at the moment as I…
