Make sure you are sending the correct items.

You were wrong. I order a 3 button key fob, they didn't test it before shipping because it had all the buttons and not the 3 buttons it needed, went and programmed them and they didn't work properly so I'm sticking with them and my money . Had to buy the right one from someone else

Works great! Same features and quality as the original. They needed a dealer programming tool for a 2014 Dodge. The plastic case is slightly different from the original factory key fob. Therefore, they will not allow you to replace your old internal organs with these bodies.
