They may be a little big, but not by much. He wears a 13 or 1 depending on the brand and as we were planning to save them for fall I bought 1 knowing they would be large. For me this turned out to be perfect as they are big enough to grow with me but not so big that he can't carry them now. Which is great because he loves them and has worn them since they got here. This shoe arrived on time and properly packaged for safety. I ordered size 2 even though my son is 1.5 years old because as we all know kids grow up pretty fast. It fits as I expected considering it's half the size. Looking at the shoes they seem durable and it looks like they will last longer but what was stunned is the fact that the shoe has no insole!
