Always been skeptical about this type of items. But these seem pretty well made. I used them today to cut up a whole chicken and it worked without much effort. Very happy with the performance.

A few days ago I used these shears for the first time to smoke a turkey. To be honest, it was almost frightening how easily they cut through bones. Hard work made easy! Their support team will also be called to make sure there are no issues. Highly recommended!

Used for the first time yesterday...what an improvement! For years I've cut whole chickens with my favorite kitchen scissors and had to prove it with my sore hands. Yesterday I cut the spine of a 6 pound bird with lightning speed and effort. These things work!

I used these on a 20 lb turkey today and they worked great! Even after four days in the fridge it was still a little frozen inside and I was able to cut it with little effort. Even used to cut through the sternum to break it. I definitely recommend them and look forward to using them in my kitchen. My friend wants to use them later to smoke the bird. I can not wait!

I was hoping you would ask me for a review... I have some "bird shears" and many other "heavy duty shears', shears and even splitters " bought me in trouble, I finally found them and they work! Almost every weekend my wife and I go fishing... we catch a lot of fish. Using scissors to cut through the chest and spine requires a quality product and this one delivers. I highly recommend them.

Man, for years I smoked my turkey when I smoked it for Thanksgiving, it always hurt, I used: sharp knives, Cutco kitchen shears, even saws, all at once! actually believing that they would work better...wrong! There were no problems with these things and it was so easy! It is great! No little wire springs to break and a nice lock for storage! Good product! They are cool! Buy them at a reasonable price! Our cutco shears are unrivaled - plus they save pennies and are super expensive too!

These are some really fantastic Poultry Scissors. Why ? I like the tension of the spring because it feels so strong that it cuts through the chicken like a knife through warm butter. Next, I really like the locking device. Let me explain this a little. I already have two chicken scissors and both are from a very well known cutlery company in this country, but one of these scissors has a locking device that locks every time I cut a bird.
