This is a decent knife. The handle is a bit bulky for me. A small knife is easier to handle. I received it as a gift. I wouldn't buy myself.

They are not too heavy. My 94 year old mother in law loves the little one. It is easy to handle. Well balanced and easy to grind feed.

Knives exceeded all expectations. The blade and handle are very strong and strong, the knives will not bend or stagger. The blades are very sharp and the handle is ergonomic.

If you try to cut through something big, it won't stay straight; You will end up with an uneven cut. These are solid and very sharp knives but not what I was hoping for.

Yeah lazy. I don't want to mess with sharpening and sharpening knives. The reality is I just won't do it. These micro-serrated knives are the perfect solution. They stay sharp for years. I just replaced a 10 year old set of similar knives. They are so comfortable and easy to hold and a pleasure to use. Excellent price.
