Great item! I really liked the smell, the hair became clean and soft afterwards. I know this won't make much of a difference to most people, but I'm blind and Herbal Essence is the only product line I'm aware of that has tactile markings on most of their products so the blind can tell them apart...in this case between shampoo and conditioner! Given the product itself and the company's focus on accessibility, I give it five stars!

If you have oily hair this might be for you. I've used it about 20 times and from day one my hair is shinier and healthier. I use it every other day and it hasn't dried out my hair because I'm naturally oily. The lather on this shampoo is insanely impressive. A pump runs a long way and I could use half that if I wanted to. A single A/C pump is also doable, more would be better, but try to shrink the vials at the same rate.
