At first we thought it was a great idea! We even told others about the Hidrate philosophy, who also bought! However, the big problem is that the lower part does not screw and lock properly. So if you take your bottle and twist it, the rubber seal will slowly and inevitably come loose and eventually we'll lift our bottles and the bottom will be left behind.
