I used a siphon, it became more difficult over time. I couldn't push it after a while. This lamp appears to be made from a different type of rubber. I assume it will last a lot longer.

I like this product, I use it to connect other hoses for a vacuum cleaner in an aquarium, the pump works great, it can be used for really everything.

I pressed the bulb once and it collapsed and wouldn't expand again. I've tried it in a bucket of water and as I said it will suck up about a foot of water with one pump and then the bulb just stays ruined. GARBAGE.

nothing happened. The bulb was complete junk and didn't close as it should, so there was no vacuum at all, and the hose was so short it didn't really reach anything.

Used to pump water out of a dishwasher (poor plumbing) and it's great for that. BUT. The description specifically states "hoses" in the plural, but only one hose was obtained. . This does not prevent me from using it for its intended purpose, but be aware that you could be fooled.

I make nutmeg once a year. This made it much easier for me to move from one container to another. Generates good suction and flow. They offer a nice long clear tube with bulb so you can see the clarity of what you are pumping. This helped me stop siphoning when I started picking up the pulp. A good product. I can see that others have had problems with the lightbulb, but I haven't had any problems.
