The first drum I received was broken, I received a replacement in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my copier still says I need to replace my drum with this new replacement. I don't think it's fully compatible

This product does not work as advertised in my Brother MFC-L2700DW. I installed it, one of my co-workers tried it, and our computer support guy tried it. When you install it, the printer beeps and squeaks! Never again! I'll stick with Brother products!
