This fan moves quite a bit of air for its size, which is what I would expect from a squirrel cage fan. They are almost always more efficient than fans with rotating blades. Very quiet at low speed and not much louder at high speed. I plan to use this in my RV to allow the air to circulate which will keep the temperature more even throughout the room. I used to use small spinning 110 volt fans but wanted something that could run on 12 volts. So far the stuff is great.

It was very comfortable in my bedroom it was stuffy. If I didn't have an energy-guzzling air conditioner, the room would be stuffy and uncomfortable. Now that I have this fan I feel very comfortable.
