Very dissatisfied with this purchase

I ordered this jute ribbon for a wedding. It was completely unraveled on one side and I couldn't use it. Didn't have time to return it and had to go to the florist to make a bow. Very disappointed.

Half of the roll is useless!

What happened to your product? We have already ordered this twice and your product was very satisfactory until we placed another order and over half the roll was completely unusable see photo. Do we need to find someone who can provide us with high quality, usable tape to use on our products?

  • IDEAL FOR EVENT DECORATION. Although this burlap ribbon is inedible, it would look great on wedding or birthday cakes!

The perfect width to make bows for my Christmas decorating theme.

Perfect width for making bows for my white/red Christmas/Christmas decoration. Also arrived quickly as promised which was a bonus as I didn't have time to walk to the craft store to shop as I had a long day at work and only decorated late in the evening.
