A great way to teach your little one how to blow (he tries to hum at first but it's so cute it will help you learn how to blow like a hot meal). The only downside is that a lot of kids have tried chewing on it to make it crackle as it's not too strong. Super fun and bright colors. Great offer!

Some didn't work; and those that sounded were more like a flock of distressed ducks than horns. I give 3 stars for the price and the fact that my nieces/nephews and I were amused by the horrible noises. Can't say the rest of the family or our beloved ears were equally thrilled.
