They run true to size when using cloth nappies. If you use disposable diapers, they will be too big. Lots of butt room and the belt is big enough to accommodate babies in cloth diapers. I bought two sets of these pants and they are still my favorites to this day.

Good quality trousers. Ideal for cloth diapers. However, if your child has a small waist, go one size down. We bought a 24 month size for our 2 year old who has a small waist and they are great for sleeping with a zip up bodysuit but fall out when he walks around the house in them.
