garbage. I was fine until the edge cracked and we had to throw it out. We paid $50 for this thing and it only lasted 5 months. I would like to return our money but it is too late. While the shower head looked fancy, it wasn't worth what we paid for it.

The shower head is fantastic! It's like standing in the summer rain. Love it! The extension cord is a part. very weak. It bent properly during assembly. I'm not superhuman and have decided not to twist my arm like they would. Still bent. easy. Like wet noodles. shower, yes! Extension No!

The only downside is that the nut that attaches the shower head to the water source does not tighten independently of the shower head. It took a lot of tape to position the shower head properly and not leak. Works well, pressure is good. It would be better if they addressed the connector so you can position the shower head and then tighten the connector nut.

Bought this shower head in January 2018. She was great. Last month (September) it started leaking on the sides (top and bottom started to diverge). The shower head was not used excessively, even every day (not the main shower). Very disappointed that it failed in less than 10 months. I will contact the manufacturer and see if they are willing to replace or contact. I will update my review once they reply if they do.

The product appears to be very durable and functional. However, when fully tightened onto the existing shower bracket and tightened to the point where it won't drip, the bracket isn't vertical, but is about 45 degrees to the right. So I was a bit nervous about buying this shower head mainly because of the low water pressure. I removed the water regulator which was very easy. I ordered this with an extra mounting bracket because I knew our plumbing was pointing down and I wouldn't get the desired effect by having it overhead.
