Although ordered as new and original HP, the box was defaced with lots of tape holding it together and had a date on it showing 2011 as if it had been returned by another buyer at some point would have been in the distant past. It was even an old product model. Very beautiful.

This is a sophisticated decoy and switch. The actual toner cartridge you receive is NOT HP, it is a remanufactured unit, making it MUCH cheaper as remanufactured units typically print less than half the pages. The box is an Innovera brand and NOT the HP box shown in the product listing. What you send MUST be what you described, which is NOT the case.

The package was suspicious and after being loaded into the machine it printed about 100 copies and then stopped. The printer does not recognize the cartridge, indicating that it is not a genuine HP cartridge as advertised. What a rip off. False advertising. Revain should not allow such persons to use their system. Buyer Warning.

I always keep a supply of each color of toner in stock because we sometimes have random emergency products that go into production over the weekend. Bought this cartridge 8 months ago. I went to replace it yesterday and it broke. Magenta toner everywhere. I had to call a mechanic to fix the car. Apparently these nearly $400 cartridges are non-refundable even if they are defective. I would never buy this from Revain again. I don't have time to look up the return policy, but it's not clearly…
