Hudson Baby Unisex Baby Plush Blanket: Elephant Design with Furry Binding and Back - One Size Review

Soft and pretty, but nothing more. It's slippery when my baby is in it like it's about to fall out. The top duvet is not attached to the bottom of the duvet so it slides around everywhere. I washed it and little fibers emerged, covering not only all my laundry that was in the wash with it, but also the whole mouth of my newborn baby. This blanket is just beautiful, completely non-functional. I am extremely disappointed

All baby blankets are soft but almost luxurious to the touch. I wish they made blankets for adults who felt this way. I bought this blanket as a homecoming blanket for my daughter and she is now 3 months old. It has been spat out several times and washed with no problems. The fluffy pink fabric on the underside of the duvet hadn't shed at all, which bothered me a bit. My daughter smiles and strokes the blanket while we stroke her face.

This blanket is quite soft. Colors and patterns as in the photo. It's not as thick as the Carter's look blanket, which can be a plus or a minus depending on what you're doing. Haven't washed it yet but all other Hudson baby items are in great condition. This was bought to cover a large dog bed and fits the dog perfectly. This is not a good swaddle blanket, although it can be good as a quick cover in a stroller or when holding your baby.
