For the price, the quality of the product disappointed me. The corners were broken and damaged. There is no packaging in the box to protect it during transportation. The holes in the metal bars for the shelves don't line up properly so it was extremely difficult to put together. The only reason I gave this product all stars is because I was able to miraculously complete the installation and it looks just like the picture. HOWEVER, pre-drilled holes for screws are NOT ENOUGH. After 2 phone calls to customer service, they explained that the small drill holes were a "safety feature". They expect you to somehow turn into a steel bender to turn a screw. After about 10 screwdriver sticks in my thigh it is assembled. They recommend not using power tools. You have about 2 days

The before and after are amazing! My son has a lot of toys and I threw them all in the toy box and had him dig it up, it didn't work anymore. I found that he lost a lot of interest in his toys because he didn't want to take them out of his toy box. Let's face it, nobody tries this every time they want to play with toys. I bought this for my 5 year old to be more organized. He has a big basket for toys, but for some reason everything always ends up under his bed.
