I love this insulated bag. I have an 8L and was looking for something bigger. 20 liters are enough. I want them to do something in between. I use it for my lunch box at work. My salad bowl, drinks, fruit and ice pack are crammed into the smaller one, but the 20-litre has plenty of space.

If you have a significant amount of food to pack in just the right size containers (breakfast, lunch and snacks) then consider the 20 liter option. This is too little. I can barely fit a bag of regular kettle chips in here lol. The promotional image is a complete farce - the container for Sammy doesn't fit on the bottom of this thing.
