not bad for the money

I have to say I was skeptical as we use them for our wood stove. We go in, we move firewood, we take hot coals, and they seem to withstand the environment. The gloves isolate the hands and fingers well enough to protect our hands. The sleeve is not insulated but is actually made from the same heavyweight suede as the rest of the glove and not a problem as I've burned my forearms before. I give them 5 stars because they are really worthy gloves, especially for the money! I really can't think of…

Great gloves, great company.

I bought these gloves for my stove. They are amazing! Excellent thermal protection. Soft and pliable, making oven tools - the poker - easy to hold and manoeuvre. The extra length allowed me to reach to the firebox to move the unruly trunk without burning my hands. Having only had them for a few weeks I can't speak to durability but they seem strong and durable thanks to the reinforced parts. There was a delay in delivery for which the seller is not responsible. But the company responded…

Perfect protection for my hands and arms when using the wood stove.

Perfect protection for my hands and arms when using a wood stove. The last pair of gloves I bought were terrible. I couldn't move my fingers, which is difficult when you're trying to scale burning logs! These gloves are 100% premium! They have stretch for mobility and incredible thermal protection. I recommend it 100%! I was concerned because I have small hands and they fit everyone but that wasn't a problem thank goodness they are very flexible so they work great.

Extremely dissatisfied - the gloves are USED, DIRTY, WASHED and have a terrible burning smell

First of all, these were gloves a Christmas present for my husband. When I received the package about a week ago, I wrapped it up whole not knowing that inside was a repackaged pair of used, dirty gloves. When I opened it, my husband's delight quickly turned to disgust at the awful "chemical fire/burnt" smell.
