I've done this on many replacements and each time the OEM has outperformed that replacement reel. The original lasted a little longer before it screwed up and had to be replaced. I bought these after the normal ones that came with the device just wouldn't go away due to the very dry and cracked skin on the heels. After one use, my heels are really smooth and the cracks are really gone. It's been seven weeks since I used them once and haven't used them since and now the dryness is finally showing itself again.
