Not as impressed as I had hoped

Most of my air tools are Ingersoll Rand, but I find this to be my least favorite air tool. This is a lot less RPM, horsepower and torque than I expected. While the reverse function is a nice feature for a pneumatic, the forward/reverse switch just sucks. It takes a long time to drill anything and every time I find myself using an electric drill. The build design seems solid, but the price didn't impress me. To be honest I would give 2.5 stars but I can't so I'm giving it 2 with a heavy heart…

Excellent slow drill

I didn't want to pay what Snap-on was charging for a similar drill so I started looking at different drill manufacturers. In the end I decided on this drill and was very satisfied. This is a great low speed drill, love the fact that it doesn't burn bits due to hand fatigue (trying to maintain a constant low speed for long periods of time). Use it to drill hardened bolts out of construction equipment more often than I'd like, making the process less of a chore. I'm a fan of IR air tools in…

I've been using this 3/8 " air drill every day for about 10 years and I've dropped it, walked over it, my mate caught fire. Yes, no, it still works great, oooh, you'll love it once it fell off.

well i would say i have about 10 air tools from ingersoll rand and i will say they are tough cookies, my buddy drove it, it caught fire, lmao, I didn't, it still works great oooh you'll love it drop it in a 55 gallon oil drum and same guy i still don't remember it dropped in a nitrogen bucket and how it still works , is amazing so yes I will definitely vouch for these products and I will say yes you will get a crappy product that happens but they guarantee their products no company is perfect…
