Color Cartridge Error

I ordered 2 black and 1 color cartridge because I used black cartridges are faster than color cartridges. I have just received a color cartridge for replacement (I can return the item in due course) and the printer does not recognize it. I had a different color cartridge from another vendor so I could continue printing. I will no longer order color cartridges.

Won't buy again

Two of the three black cartridges I bought didn't work. Keep giving me an incomparable error. I liked the colored ones, but there are problems with the black ones.
