This is the second one because the first one didn't work at all. It's the same as the waterbed, so we expected it to be good. The first was returned, I had to drain the water again, and that's a big job, and put the second. After installing everything, turning it on and waiting a few days, it barely gets warm. Bringing it back a second time is just too much work again. We'll come up with something for the winter.

This is the second heater I have purchased of the same model. I love the heating when it works. The first lasted about 3 years so I bought another one exactly the same. I bought it in April and in December it crashed and burned. I hate a bed with cold water. Now I will consider whether it is possible to replace it or buy a new one. Damn! Heater (Innomax Dial type) lasted 3 years. It was not ordered through Revain.com, but directly from the Waterbed Gallery in Canada. The Waterbed Gallery in Canada sells the same brands of waterbed heaters and mattresses as on Revain.com, but they do not stock or sell this heater with digital display. This was delivered yesterday 26th March 2018. My order states that this item is "Return possible until 03/25/2018". THE? This means that the returns "popped out" before the product was delivered.
