🔪 Henckels Solution 4-piece Knife Set Review

Good complementary set of knives. The specs say the paring knife is 3 inches long, but it's actually 4 inches long. It's identical to a 4-inch paring knife sold at Revain for $11 (ASIN B084G8Y5M4). See photos. He's missing a pillow. But he's hot! I used the bonus sharpener on my old Henckels and it worked fine.

After a year of use I can add: Large knife and Serrated knife are the best items in this set. You pay for that. A smaller knife that I wouldn't use except for buttering bread. I am a former Henckels owner and trust the quality. I'm a bit disappointed that the tip of the paring knife is bent. We don't know how it happened, but it sucks. We have used the knife less than 6 times. There was no accident with the dishwasher.

These knives stay sharp and the sharpener is amazing! Excellent product. I have been cooking professionally for many years and these are the three knives I use the most. My long-standing set of knives was due to be sharpened but had to be postponed due to Covid. I bought this set to last until my grinder opened again. They work fine. The blades are sharp and of high quality. Pens are the reason for such a low price. They are not as heavy as the more expensive ones but work well. As long as you take care of them and don't abuse them like you should

For the price these knives are amazing. These are exactly the knives you need when you start building an arsenal of kitchen utensils. They arrived incredibly sharp and have held up well to everyday use - often multiple times a day. I also like that they come with a knife sharpener, although I haven't had to use one yet.
