I am usually cold - my hands and feet are always very cold when I touch people and my lower back is damaged. Since using this product my arms and legs have retained a warmth I've never had and my back pain is minimal. It really works and I recommend it to anyone and everyone. Fits well, can be slept in and seems to fit any size. I'm so glad I found this!

In the 80s I worked as a teacher in a kindergarten. One of the children was Japanese. He wore this stuff around his waist all winter. I asked his mom what it was and she said it was a "belly warmer". I ordered this because I was looking for an inexpensive back warmer for agility training and circus classes. It's a nice thickness, feels durable, and offers enough warmth without being fleece or wool (much softer than wool, certainly less bulky than fleece, and offers more stretch/support than fleece).
