Bought this for our snorkeling adventures in Maui. After the first use, all four of us found no benefit. The mask fogs up in 5 minutes. Before swimming in the pool I sprayed the inside of the goggles with a spray. I quickly rinsed my goggles and after 15 minutes I went for a swim. The inside of the glasses was dry. This product works great and I've been using it for about 6-8 months. Spray on the inside of the lens, rub with your finger and rinse with cold water. Be careful not to let the initial spray dry out or harden, so rinsing is important. As the spray dries up and turns into flakes, those flakes will eventually get into your eyes and sting like bugs!
