Jessica Simpson Womens Winter Coat Review

I have ordered several jackets to compare and am saving one. I liked the fit of this coat and liked that I have a zip on the inside for ease of sitting/riding. But I didn't like the inner collar. She didn't lie down and rub my face.

I usually wear a size 6 and bought a size small. I'm 5ft tall and the length fell just below my back. It's perfect for me as it's not too bulky to wear in my car. It may not be ideal for constant outdoor wear as it is thin. There is no fur lining on the sleeves, but that doesn't bother me. All in all this is a great product.

I love this coat but after a month or two of wearing it managed to lose the clasp on the hood and the drawstring barely stretched and came out! I contacted the manufacturer but they told me to come here since I bought the coat here. I have no way of contacting the seller, so a hopttbis comment will suffice. I would like to replace this coat as I may have bought it in April 2020 but didn't wear it until December 2020.

Great jacket and I LOVE the color and fabric. The hood is so soft and the fit is very flattering. I ended up sending it back and keeping the small one, but as I'm kinda between sizes and the medium one was too long in the sleeves for me, a little less tidy. It's a stylish, well-tailored jacket and kept me warm on a recent trip in cold weather (at least for this California girl!) when it was around 35 degrees. I felt comfortable in this jacket with two thin layers underneath.

Beautiful coat with a very nice satin exterior and a nice hood. It's quite warm, it's 20 degrees outside and the wind stands for 5 minutes, a cold has set in. Like other reviews, it's quite large - just bulky and bubbly. Using the waist helps, but then the hem sticks out like a ball gown. A few things about this coat - it's well made as far as the stitching goes. Good metal zipper. I found the gold plastic switches a bit cheap. The Forest Green color is much darker in real life. I had to send it back because when I strapped it around my waist I looked like a debutante going to a prom. It broke out badly and not for the better. I wear size 10-12 pants with a lot of junk in the trunk, and the plus size had enough room to fit around my hips. Too bad for the bell shape below…

I would give this coat 5 stars if only it had fur lining in the sleeves and pockets. The inside of the sleeves is just cold black acrylic material. As a result, I can feel cold air rushing through my hands while the rest is used for lining and warmth. Not sure why they did it. It would also be nice to feel on your hands in the pockets.
