The heel broke the same day it was worn

My daughter wore this for the first time and one pair had the bottom heel falling off. She wore it walking and standing on it for less than 2 hours. I guess she didn't care because she was delighted with her new shoes but I didn't expect the heel to come off so quickly :(

SLIPPER SOLE

The shoes are cute and fit well. However, as soon as they shook and my granddaughter got up to leave, she immediately started sliding and sliding on the wooden floor. I had to remove them from her immediately for fear that she would fall on her back and open her head! These shoes are not practical for walking, let alone safe.

Beautiful trendy shoe that is exceptionally large in length/width for the size chosen!

We bought two pairs of these beautiful shoes in two different sizes for our twins. You've always been medium. Judging by the way they sit on both girls I recommend going down a size! I know, very unusual for girls shoes! You and/or your child will need patience and extra time to attach without Velcro. I only gave them 3 stars because I would give 5 stars for the quality, decorative style and smaller heel for an 8 year old. old but as the sizing is not true to size I would only give the fit 1โ€ฆ
