Description of ๐Ÿ”ฒ Karebac 99450 Flex Block Sanding Abrasives: A Superior Solution for Effective Sanding

Flexible longboard hand sanding block. Excellent on curved and flat surfaces. Uses 2-3/4" PSA longboard sheets, 2-3/4" PSA "sticky back" rolls, vinyl Faced for easy stick on and pain free removal. Flexible is excellent with finer grits where precise finish is desired, but does work well with all grits. Excellent sanding block for all types of applications where hand sanding is required. 10"X2-5/8" face 1-1/2" thick.

Flexible Sanding Made Easy!

Based on our own experience, these flexible sanding abrasives make sanding a breeze on any contoured surface. The unique design of the flexible block allows for even pressure and minimal product wastage. The abrasives have a long lifespan, ensuring that you'll get your money's worth. However, the only downside we noticed is that the abrasives may clog up quickly when used on rougher surfaces but can be easily cleaned out. Overall, a great product for anyone in need of quality sanding abrasives.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Requires regular cleaning to avoid buildup of dust and debris that can affect sanding quality

Good flexible block

Sanding flat body panels, a hard block will do. To sand curved panels, you need a block that can flex slightly so it can follow the contour of the panel. This is a great block for large curved slabs. You can also hold it in a curved shape to shape the putty, or sand the primer on rounded sheets. A must-have item for experienced craftsmen. I'm a body shop technician with over 40 years of experience.

Pros
  • Hand tool
Cons
  • Thin
