This tutu looked very beautiful upon arrival. It is just as fluffy as in the photo. It was so fluffy that the ruffles completely encircled her legs, and when she bent forward slightly, her bathing suit was not visible. The color was perfect too. I bought it for my daughter for her birthday. It is true to size and she loved it. I ordered this in white to wear as a petticoat under my 19 month old girl's Halloween costume (and other costumes) as her dress needed more volume. It was perfect for that, added delicious thickness (or fluff!) and was soft enough to keep her comfortable (it doesn't itch like most adult skirts).
