Unfortunately product names HP seem to mean little as they have used "Envy x360" on about half a million different laptop models. My new laptop is 15M-ED0023DX and although it has square keys this cover does not fit properly because the width of the top row of keys is different from the width of the keyboard it was designed for. I was skeptical but the reviews were good. The fit is absolutely perfect. I put this on a brand new HP laptop and you can't even tell it's not a genuine part. My wife used my computer tonight and she didn't even realize I had a black one. It is even better than the original keyboard because the contrast between black and white is much higher than real keys. Perhaps for non-backlit keyboards like mine, the manufacturer should use glow-in-the-dark lettering. ;)

I really like this keyboard protector. My problem is that my model was listed and it still doesn't match. The buttons on the top are different from the case, so they didn't fit. See image. I had to cut off the ones that didn't match and line them up on top. Now fits like a glove. I was so excited to get this keyboard case because of the bright colors of the rainbow. It fits well - better than the one I had to replace - but in just a day or two the paint started to wear off! I understand this isn't a very expensive thing, but it should have taken you several days!
