Works Perfect - Interior

Works well but don't expect them to open your car when you arrive. You have to press the unlock button. I had to take them to a local shop for programming.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Doubtful

NO INSTRUCTIONS, JUST A BUSINESS CARD OF A WEBSITE WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS

When you search the web it says to use the valet button Programming. There is no valet button. I HAD TO SPEND MORE THAN THE COST OF THE REMOTE TO PROGRAM IT! RUN AWAY!

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Best Remote Programming for Interiors

Programming manual needs revision. You need to press and hold the valet button 7 times. The alarm will sound and press the lock button on the remote control. If not, you can only use the lock to open and close if you only press once.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Viper 550esp worked

Excellent price. I have an old Viper 550esp and the original key fob has been roasted. Only replacement inserts are offered elsewhere for this price. This is a whole block, circuit and even battery! I get bad reviews that the instructions only apply to the OEM key fobs this vendor sells, but programming guides are as easy as Google your aftermarket alarm model number. Then there's something like YouTube, I know, crazy times.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Works with Vipper 211HV

I ordered this after losing one of my key fobs and after some research it worked. I have a 211HV and the hardest part was figuring out where Best buy hid the control box. I finally found it in the dashboard but there was no valet button installed. So I had to build a valet button and connect it to the device to connect it by following these steps. 1) Open the door 2) Press the valet button once 3) Press and hold the valet button 4) Press the lock button on the fob, it will beep. Release both…

Would buy again for accessories

I've been tossing between them and the original Viper remote (which would have cost the same, just Β£1). What worried me the most was that there might be a problem with the programming. After giving it some thought I came to the conclusion that the programming is actually a function of the alarm itself and really couldn't imagine how a simple 4 button remote would do that. So I threw the dice at them. I was given incorrect information about the instructions and programmed them incorrectly the…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • So so
