But after a few hours, just walking around my daughter's yard and house, one of the shoes fell off the heel and the other strap broke! I am very disappointed in these shoes. To be fair, they're absolutely beautiful, and I love that they have a rubber sole (so I don't have to listen to that horrible clatter that other plastic shoes make on my hardwood floors). I love the wide heel of this shoe and the sequins. My daughter seems to be able to walk in them and they are very pretty. However, they stupidly sewed in a silver lining with a coarse nylon thread, which isn't very practical - luckily my three-year-old was willing to wear these shoes with socks. Also, the velcro on the side of the boot is higher than the boot itself so it rubs on the side of the foot as it is also sewn on here with coarse nylon stitching. This problem is also solved with socks,
