Nice mat unless you use pedal spikes

Great mat! Very light for its size, thick enough to absorb vibration and eliminate noise, and perfect for the Kinetic Road Machine 2.0 fluid trainer. The surface is rough but soft and not slippery. You can roll it up and when you unroll it it stays flat instantly. It doesn't smell like some rubber mats. **Update: After about 20 uses, the pedal pin on my left bike boot tore a hole in it. When I get off the bike I have to step on the mat and turn around. I know it's going to be tough on any mat…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Expensive

Prevents my Wahoo KICKR + KICKR Climb

I have a Wahoo KICKR + KICKR Climb indoor trainer on a concrete floor. It seems perfectly stable, but I've noticed that on rides where the KICKR Climb moves a lot (like riding a long climb in Zwift, where it usually rocks the front of the bike up and down), it shakes the whole thing forces configuration. crawling forward which was annoying because it then hit my laptop stand and I had to jump off and push everything back. I was skeptical that this would fix the problem if it was just a yoga mat

Pros
  • from slipping.

Good size for bike + trainer

I used to use a pair of large towels. I have no idea why I didn't get the mat sooner. This is a huge step up from my previous homemade DIY, both cosmetically and functionally. I don't know if this rug is better or worse than other rugs. However, the size is perfect for a balance bike. Maybe it could be a bit shorter and narrower (5 inches?), but the extra space allows you to stand next to the bike to get off/on and thus the bike spikes don't damage the ground. Here are a few things I noticed…

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
