Dislike; I wish it would have kept its shape, not as the description says, but I was hoping as it was a handbag and not a backpack. Pleases; perfect size, durable material, wide range of colors, light weight.

The quality of Kipling products is outstanding. This bag is the perfect size especially for all the extra stuff we need to take with us due to Covid (masks, gloves and hand sanitizer). I call it my Mary Poppins bag, I bought it in black and blue.
