I ordered a NEW bowling shoe that has never been used. The left shoe is obviously new and there is no sign of having been stepped on. The right boot is crumpled around the lower laces, the bottom of the boot is dirty, the felt is frayed in several places. This boot was fully laced and covered with sock fluff on the inside of the boot. I don't know the history of this shoe, but this shoe has been used. It may be a return.
