I bought this backpack to carry snacks for my kids and also to keep a low profile when skiing on chairlifts. It is well designed and has plenty of pockets and straps. Exactly what I was hoping for

The backpack is good, but after receiving it I realized that it was too small for my needs. The 2 star rating is because I made the mistake of ordering it directly from the company and not through Revane. Now I can't get them to answer calls or emails and I'm in the process of disputing the charge on my VISA card. I want to help this small company but they are not very good at basic customer service.

I don't think I have anything bad to say about this backpack. The zippers feel imposing and close well when closed. The straps and buckles feel thick but not bulky and unwieldy. Storage is well balanced with small and large compartments. I love how you can keep most of the items in your backpack higher on your back. This makes sitting in lift chairs more comfortable.
