These scissors are amazing!

I was looking for kitchen scissors to "replace" a lost Cutco pair of scissors. Still hoping they show up but wanted something that wasn't $130! I love them so much that if my Cutco shears show up they might stay in the drawer while I use them! Very happy with them.

Open scissors as wide as possible, then pull apart - no effort required

The hardest part was getting the scissors out of the box. The blades are sharp. Scissors fall apart very easily when extended far. The design is very simple. There's no stopping you from opening the scissors wide enough that they fall apart.

Breaks down easily best in cutlery and knife accessories

They are sharp and I like them but fall apart easily. I picked them up wrong and they just fell apart and one of the pieces fell on the floor (close to my feet but luckily not on my foot yet). I love that the scissors fall apart, I just didn't expect them to do it on their own all the time.

I bought these to replace an old pair that were showing a bit of wear. They fit the bar snugly and snugly, but are easy to disassemble for cleaning. They are amazingly sharp - possibly the sharpest kitchen scissors I have ever owned. They're nice and chunky too, they feel like they could give them a serious haircut.

Good quality and easy to use

As soon as I open the box I feel like it's heavier than most other shears I've bought which means they contain more metal and hopefully longer should hold. I used it to chop a bunch of spring onions and it cuts the whole bunch easily. I also use it for butchering whole fish (like tilapia). It goes smoothly through the fish's belly and cuts through fishbones with ease. These scissors don't have any fancy extras like bottle openers etc but I need scissors. Excellent kitchen scissors

I did a lot of research and read reviews before purchasing these scissors. The reviews were all very positive, with the only common "belief" being that they fall apart easily. Let me put this topic to bed. You can't accidentally let them fall apart. They can be easily disassembled (for cleaning, etc.) but to separate them you have to open them as wide as possible and to do this you have to hold them with two hands. This is not a problem.
