Good quality, worth $50

Good quality, worth $50. Comes with a free lifetime regrinding service, although you'll have to pay for slightly pricey one-way shipping. Their customer service was really good and the sharpness quality was amazing, the one I got felt like new. I highly recommend this brand.

Pros

Cons
  • The list will go on.

Amazing product! for Asian knives

Discovered Kyocera ceramic blades a few years ago and looked back. There's no comparison, although slicing through dense objects like corn on the cob or slicing next to the bones requires a metal blade. .

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Secret

The best knife I have is Santoku Knives

This is the best knife I have. It has remained the sharpest for the longest time I have owned and is great for slicing fruits and vegetables. The knife is ok but it doesn't seem to perform any better than any conventional knife. My only complaint is that the ceramic stains over time so there is now a brownish-reddish stain on the tip of my white knife.

Pros
  • even an old man understands
Cons
  • Can I add something

I've always used metal knives and heard a lot of good things about ceramic knives so I decided to give it a try. They are so incredibly sharp that you have to be careful when using them. I cut myself with it the first time I used it but it was a shallow cut and no blood. This is one of my favorite knives, but you have to make sure you use it against a wooden cutting board to extend the life of your blade. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Strong knife, tough and very beautiful!

Got this as a Mother's Day gift for my mum who loves knives. This knife is REALLY good and way better than others sold online because it has a nice sturdy handle, strong blades and a really pretty color for those who love pink! The blade is white and very sharp. I cut cantaloupe and it was like slicing tofu. The vegetable peeler included in the set is also very good and removes the peel effortlessly. My mom loved it and I'm considering getting more from Kyocera. Maybe for Father's Day! :)

The sharpest knife I have ever seen

Just bought two of these knives for my wife. I broke the first one by cutting a little too hard. These knives are definitely not designed for cutting, carving, or scraping as they might suggest, but they are amazingly sharp and capable of very thin, super-thin cuts. My wife was heart broken when I broke her knife as it is the most commonly used knife in the kitchen. So I immediately bought another one and Revane shipped it to us two days later. For the price and blade sharpness, you can't go…

The sharpest knife in the drawer

I already had a 5.5 pink knife and I really liked it. This is the knife I carry with me 98% of the time for everyday use and I cook a lot. Sometimes I get in the "zone" and don't use my brain. You CANNOT use a ceramic knife for hard or frozen food. The knife comes with an instruction leaflet that explains in detail the do's and don'ts. I knew better, but I didn't, and the blade broke in a large chunk. It was just my reckless stupidity. I liked this knife so much that I immediately bought this…
