Easy Chips are best for kitchen and dining room

Have had this brand for years and usually is they durable. The knife did not fall on the floor, I have had a ceramic knife for many years and I know how to take care of it. I was surprised to see it chip off so easily and in no time. I've only had the knife for three months! I do not recommend buying this strain.

Pros
  • CLEAN AND HEALTHY KITCHEN UTENSILS: Ceramic blades won't brown or alter the flavor of food, won't rust and are acid resistant
Cons
  • Not bad but...

best knives! in Kitchen & Dining

Love these super sharp ceramic knives! I have tried other cheaper brands but they are not as good. These knives stay sharp for a long time if handled correctly. I also have a Kyocera knife sharpener, but it doesn't do much good. Every few years as they fade I buy new ones.

Pros
  • BLADE MADE IN JAPAN: Made from Kyocera's patented Zirconia material Made in Japan for exceptional quality and beauty
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

TERRIBLE! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!

I've only used these knives 3 times, for raw chicken and once for apples. After the 2nd use there was a small chip on the "blade", after the 3rd time another one appeared. I was very careful every time I used it and washed and dried it by hand. Then I put it in the box it was in for storage. It was a waste of money! DO NOT BUY THESE!

Pros
  • DURABLE SHARP: super sharp pure ceramic blades that stay sharp 10 times longer than steel blades
Cons
  • I can't remember

Not resistant to cutlery and knife accessories

I got one while on vacation in Japan Bought Kyocera ceramic knife over 10 years ago and really liked it. It broke my heart when it broke 2 months ago. I was thrilled when I saw the same product on Revain and ordered it straight away. Came 19.09. First thing I noticed is that it's thinner than my original and the grip isn't as ergonomic and the quality isn't that good. Although the blade is made in Japan, the knife and handle are assembled in China. Since then I've been using it mainly for…

Pros
  • BALANCED AND LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN: The soft, ergonomic handle fits comfortably in any hand size for safe handling and control
Cons
  • Basically everything is fine, but...
