Everything you need in a nice little package

I was skeptical when I saw the packaging opened and saw the little box for the first time. After opening it and examining the contents, I decided that if it heats up to the stated characteristics, that's what I need. My first project was removing and installing new potentiometers in an electric guitar. The iron ate right away, was easy to use and gave excellent results. If it lasts, it costs twice as much! Highly recommended!

It works - only $10 - used upgrade works great again and is temperature adjustable

I plugged it in and it works. You really can't expect more from 10€. The temperature seems to work, but I'm not sure. Used it to remove the battery from an electric toothbrush and it seems to work fine. I have two more issues to fix within the next month and will update this review as necessary. Update - still works well and the temperature is definitely adjustable. I had to increase the temperature to remove the battery from my 7110x shaver. This iron is a good deal! I will update this review…

Quality work at a reasonable price, I like it.

This cheap little iron performs great! I use it for RC soldering and I have 1/8 scale cars that need 10ga wires for multiple connections. It heats up the 10ga wire like it's nothing. I'm sure there are better options out there but imo for the price it couldn't get any better. Throw away the solder that comes with the kit if you want to make electrical connections. Use good quality lead solder and add some flux just in case. I use a cheap flux from Home D and it works great for my purposes…
